Dr. Callanan is the principal owner of mC3, Michael Callanan Consulting Company, L.L.C. His clients include; IBEW Local Unions, IBEW-NECA Signatory Electrical Contractors, NECA Region, District and Chapter-level organizations, Joint Apprenticeship & Training Committees, Joint Labor Management Committees and Industry Training Partners and Vendors. He served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mosaic Learning from January 1, 2015 to March 1, 2016. Mosaic Learning is a full-service, online technology company that develops custom learning management systems, training programs and solutions for a wide range of clients both inside and outside the construction industry.
